Stylists lead services with assistants who have completed a training program. The salon runs its own assistant program, which lasts 3 to 6 months for experienced stylists and 9 to 12 months for recent graduates.

Clients can book online, through the Phorest booking system, or through a booking link on the salon's site, and a valid credit card is needed to reserve any appointment. Parking is validated by scanning a QR code at the front desk, which covers up to 6 hours free in the small garage beside the salon or the larger lot across the street. Free street parking is also available along Davis and Zang streets. Only guests receiving services may be in the salon during appointments, so additional guests, children and animals are not accommodated.

Color services do not include a haircut or blowout, and the salon recommends adding one. Custom Lightening is a blended highlighting service, and Mini Custom Lightening refreshes face-frame and crown highlights and ends. A tint can be added to either for $65. A Full Tint changes color from root to end without highlights, and a Tint Retouch covers roots or gray, with maintenance suggested every 4 to 6 weeks. Add-ons include a scalp scrub, Lux Treatment versions, a Kérastase Permière treatment that removes calcium buildup, and a Glass Hair Treatment that hydrates and smooths the cuticle.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the scheduled services, and same-day cancellations within 12 hours are charged in full. Guests who do not arrive are charged the reserved services on the card on file. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. A 3% processing fee applies to card transactions, and services are not refunded, so concerns should be reported within 5 days. Service adjustments are usually made with the original stylist at no extra charge. Appointment reminders go out by email 5 days ahead and by text 3 days ahead to guests who opt in.
