The studio is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 2 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Lauren Hoyt is the owner and esthetician, and the studio describes itself as a small business.

New clients start with a First Time Client Facial, a 90-minute visit that opens with an in-depth consultation and includes double cleansing, extractions if needed, a mask, and a lymphatic massage, followed by a customized treatment plan and product recommendations. The Rejuvenating Facial, also 90 minutes, adds exfoliation and red light therapy to a double cleanse and extended lymphatic massage. A first time client facial is required before a Chemical Peel or Luminous Glow Dermaplaning.

Chemical Peels run 60 minutes and use different acids to help shed the outer layer of skin, with the formulation chosen for each client's skin type and concern after a consultation. The peel is aimed at acne, aging skin, and pigmentation. Luminous Glow Dermaplaning, also 60 minutes, exfoliates the skin and removes vellus hair from the face. Laminated Brow with Tint is an 80-minute service covering brow mapping, waxing, lamination, and tinting.

New clients booking a first-time facial, the Rejuvenating Facial, or a brow service pay a $25 deposit, dermaplaning requires a $35 deposit, and a chemical peel requires a $50 deposit. Changes made with at least 24 hours' notice can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge, while later changes are billed at 50% of the service price. A no-show or missed appointment is billed at the full price. Anyone who arrives 15 or more minutes after their start time might be asked to book another date, and a late-cancellation fee could also apply. Emergencies and illnesses are reviewed individually. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered on bookings between $50 and $4,000, provided the payment is approved before the appointment.

Treatments are gentle and aimed at supporting the skin barrier, with each plan tailored to the individual client's skin and needs.
