Visits can begin with a free 25-minute consultation covering skin concerns, product suggestions and next steps. Facials run from a 35-minute express option to a 75-minute new client facial that is tailored after discussing the client's skin. Other facials are built around specific goals, including acne, aging, hydration and combination skin, and include options such as a custom peel for clients using the Lira home care regimen, a Custom Hybrid Treatment using enzymes, AHAs or retinol-based solutions, and an autumn facial with extractions, a pumpkin enzyme and a honey mask.

Body treatments include a back treatment aimed at acne and hyperpigmentation and a tummy treatment with cleansing, exfoliation, a mask and a massage. The business says the products used in the tummy treatment are gentle and suitable for pregnant clients. Waxing covers small areas such as the lip, chin and nose through to full legs, full back and full face, with separate Brazilian options and a discounted first visit for new Brazilian clients.

Brow services include shaping, custom-blended tints and lamination, and lash lifts use the Korean lash lift method with a complimentary tint. Gift cards are sold. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled fee.
