The studio focuses on lash extensions. Its full sets range from one extension on each natural lash for a mascara-like look, to hybrid sets that give a lighter volume, to volume sets that use several extensions per lash to fill gaps, to mega sets with fanned extensions for a dramatic look. Hybrid full sets can also be done as a 2D set, which uses a larger diameter and less fullness.

Refills depend on what remains of the existing set. Volume refills need more than 20 natural lashes on each eye. Mega refills need at least 40% of the original full set intact and should be booked within two to three weeks; after three weeks the visit is treated as a full set. Classic refills should not be booked more than three weeks after the last set.

Appointments are booked online through the studio's booking page. Lash removal is a separate service that uses a specially blended cream and includes a lash bath, and it can be done on lashes that another artist applied. The studio also sells gift cards, and its website offers a gift card balance check.
