Lash refills are timed to keep a set looking consistent. Classic, natural volume and wet look, and mega or wispy refills each take about 1 hour 40 minutes. Fills are meant to be booked every 2 to 3 weeks, and a fill booked after 3 weeks is treated as a full set and priced accordingly.

For brows, the menu covers a simple wax cleanup, a tint on its own, a combined wax and tint shaping service, and lamination with tint that includes the wax. Brow tint is described as lasting about 5 days on the skin and 1 to 2 weeks on the hairs. A touch-up is available for brows done less than 6 days after a previous service. Clients getting brow lamination are asked to avoid retinoids and harsh exfoliants or facials beforehand.

Booking requires a $50 deposit for full sets and $25 for refills, paid by Zelle and credited toward the service. Deposits are non-refundable, and cancelling or rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice. The address is texted to clients the day before. Clients wait in their vehicle until their time, and children or extra guests are only allowed with Kelly's approval. Lash clients should arrive with clean eyes and no makeup or mascara, and anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms is asked to reschedule.
