The salon sits in building 4 of the Green Gables Professional Complex, at Suite 4C on West Jewell Avenue. Parking is easiest on the east side of the complex. From there, walk up the path into the courtyard, turn right, and the salon is in building 4.

The salon describes itself as a fresh take on the boutique salon and says its setting is clean and relaxing, with customer service as a priority. Consultations are free and last about 15 minutes, and clients are asked to bring photos of what they want. Appointment reminders go out 48 hours ahead. Guests running more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late guest may have services shortened while still owing the full cost of what was booked. Color and cut adjustments are offered when contacted within one week of the original service.

Signature offerings include the Beautiful Things Restoring Treatment, a three-step in-salon service aimed at metal and pollution buildup, UV and heat protection, and restructuring damaged hair. The Awapuhi Keratriplex Treatment is a 15-minute deep conditioning service that includes a shampoo, hand massage, and scalp and neck massage; the salon states it reduces breakage by 80 percent. Blowouts, event styling with braids, updos and curls, and hand-tied extension removal round out the menu. The salon also carries boutique haircare products.

Bridal work is subject to availability and is booked first come, first served. Services can be done in the salon or on location, though on-location availability depends on the stylist or makeup artist, date, location and party size. A signed contract is required to reserve a wedding date. Bridal pricing can vary by stylist, and a customized quote is available for wedding days. Travel within Colorado is $1 per mile, and out-of-state travel pricing depends on the location.
