Bridal hair covers updos, half-up styles, soft curls, waves and formal looks. Bridal makeup is tailored anywhere from natural and effortless to more defined bridal glam. Hair and makeup for bridal party members and attendants are styled to each person, with makeup shaped into a cohesive group look, and groom styling is also offered.

Services can be booked a la carte or through one of four collections that pair artists with set numbers of bridal party members. Standard travel is included in collections, and additional travel may apply outside the standard service area. Smaller bookings may be available depending on date, services and artist availability, and individual services can be requested, with the business confirming availability.

Payment is made online by major credit card. A 50% non-refundable retainer reserves the wedding date, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. Bookings made within 30 days of the event are paid in full at booking. Retainers and payments are non-refundable if the client cancels for any reason, while a cancellation by the business results in a full refund of payments made. Gratuity is optional and not included. Clients cover parking fees and tolls incurred by artists.

The standard wedding-day window runs from 8 AM to 2 PM, and standard services are not offered before 8 AM. Time booked beyond the window is charged per artist in 30-minute increments. Blowouts are not included unless arranged in advance. Hair should arrive clean, dry and free of product, and makeup clients should arrive with a clean, moisturized face. Clients should disclose known allergies or sensitivities before services. Hair and makeup trials are booked separately with the individual artist and are not part of wedding-day pricing.
