The studio is run by owner and lash artist Ingrid Kapfhammer. Natural lash health comes first: extensions are not used when they would be too long or heavy for a client's own lashes. The salon states that extensions do not damage natural lashes when proper technique is used, and that its adhesive contains no formaldehyde. Extensions are adhered with a cyanoacrylate-based adhesive and are semipermanent, with one synthetic lash placed on each natural lash.

Services are offered in three styles. Classic gives the most natural look of the extension services. Hybrid combines classic and volume styles for some added fullness and does not require eyeliner. Volume is the most dramatic of the sets, and the salon describes it as its most popular service. A full set in any style costs $170 and takes about two and a half hours, or $200 with extended time for about three hours. New client fills from another artist cost $120 and take two hours, with the extra time used to assess the current state and retention of the existing lashes. Classic and Hybrid/Volume fills range from $75 to $105 depending on timing, and the salon recommends two-week or three-week intervals. Touch-ups take about one to one and a half hours and are recommended every two to three weeks.

Lash lifts, priced at $80 and lasting six to eight weeks, curl the natural lashes so an eyelash curler is not needed. A lash lift and tint together cost $100. Lash tint covers upper and lower lashes for $30 and is available in five colors. Professional removal of extensions costs $45.

Before an appointment, clients should arrive five to ten minutes early with a clean, makeup-free face and no eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner or eyeshadow, and contact lenses should be removed. Appointments more than 15 minutes late must be rescheduled, and arrivals within that window are charged the full service price. Rescheduling or cancelling requires at least 48 hours' notice; a shorter notice incurs a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged the full booked service. Both fees are non-transferable. Confirmation messages go out 72 hours and 24 hours before appointments. Concerns about a service must be raised within 72 hours, and if a fault in application or product is found, a complimentary 30-minute touch-up is offered. No refunds are given. Children and guests are not allowed in the lash room. After-hours appointments are available case by case for an additional $25.

After a service, clients should wait 12 hours before showering, avoid mascara on their extensions, and wash the lashes at least three times a week, or more often if they wear eye makeup. The salon states that lash certifications and trainings are unregulated.
