LashxVixen offers lash extensions at two locations: 3808 S Cooper St in Arlington and 101 Town Center Ln in Keller. Alongside full sets and fills in several styles, the menu includes a lash lift with tint, removal-only appointments, and one facial treatment.

The studio says it puts natural lash health first. If a current set isn't sustainable for a client's own lashes, the team may suggest a change to a new set.

Bookings are made with a card saved to the client's profile, and same-day appointments are not accepted. Standard classic, hybrid, volume and volume WET fills can be booked up to 16 days out, once about half the set remains. Extended fills can be booked up to 23 days out, with about 40% of the set remaining. Questions and consultations are handled by text or direct message.

Before a visit, clients are asked to disclose any allergies, arrive with clean hair and a fresh face, and avoid caffeine, which the studio notes can cause fluttering eyes and make lashing harder. Big gestures and facial movement should be kept to a minimum during the appointment, and no extra guests are allowed.

Rescheduling needs at least 48 hours' notice, or a charge of 50% of the service applies. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice is treated as a no-show, charged at the full service price, and booking is blocked until the balance is paid. All sales are final.
