The salon has offered professional eyelash extensions since 2014. It says it was the first salon in New York to offer LED Gel lash extensions, beginning in 2022, and it says it is trusted by many well-known clients around the city.

Classic extensions are lightweight and suited to a natural, everyday look. Lash work follows a K-Beauty-inspired approach built on custom mapping, which plans length, curl and fullness for each section of the eye line from a client's natural lashes and eye shape. Clients can also book a one-on-one private lash consultation.

The LED Gel system was designed by the salon and is made in Korea. Its adhesive cures under targeted visible LED light at 400 to 430 nm rather than UV, and the cured bond is water- and oil-resistant. The salon says the system is IEC-certified.

Every treatment takes place in a private room with a premium electric bed. Brow services include keratin eyebrow tint and brow lamination with tint and wax, and semi-permanent brow, eyeliner and lip blush work is also offered. Keratin lash lifts cannot be done in the same visit as lash extensions.

The salon also teaches. Its one-day LED Gel lash masterclass for lash artists is taught privately, one-on-one, by the founder, and costs $1,290, with a model available for an additional $200. The fee includes an LED Gel starter kit, and a certificate of completion is provided. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Clients book online or by phone, and a card is required to secure any appointment. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule, and cancellations need at least 6 business hours' notice, with a $50 charge for late cancellations or no-shows. The salon is open Monday to Friday 10AM to 8PM, Saturday 10AM to 6PM and Sunday 11AM to 6PM.

Lash work is K-Beauty-inspired and based on custom mapping to each client's natural lashes and eye shape. The salon ties extension retention to the natural growth cycle, lifestyle and aftercare, and advises clients to avoid oil-based removers, rubbing, direct steam and forceful water pressure on the eye area.

Treatments take place in private rooms.

Single-lash extensions in a range of styles, from lower-lash sets through full, double and volume sets, with touch-ups at two, three or four weeks and removal, including for sets done elsewhere. A master technician fee applies to new sets and touch-ups.
