First-time clients receive a free text consultation before their first procedure, and the lash extension glue is chosen during that conversation. A first full set takes about two hours, and clients are asked to arrive without makeup or sunscreen around the eyes. Lash work is customized to each client, and the studio asks clients to book a refill within three weeks.

The lash menu covers classic, cashmere and wet look, anime and wispy, hybrid and volume, and soft and bold mega volume sets. Classic full sets start at $140 with a Certified Lash Artist and $220 with the studio owner, and prices for other styles are listed by artist. Keratin lash lifts are offered as a softer option that does not use extensions, with a first-visit price of $200 and a recurring-visit price of $140. Brow lamination is $100 on its own and $75 as an add-on to lash extensions. Full lash removal is about $45, and removal of lashes applied at another salon runs about $20 to $45 depending on the number of lashes.

Bookings require a credit card, and cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice. Fills booked after four weeks are charged as full sets, and the studio does not refill extensions applied by other salons. Same-day appointments are arranged by text at 917-810-0123. The studio is open Monday to Friday from 11 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, and it is closed on Sundays.
