The studio says its mission is to teach clients how extensions should be applied and maintained, and its aim is to help clients feel more confident by enhancing their natural look. Services range from new extension sets and retouches to lash lifts, lash tints, and brow lamination, tinting and lifting.
Extensions are offered in faux mink, cashmere/flat, synthetic mink and mink. Set styles include the Lashlove Classic, half sets, extra full and double sets, volume sets in 3D, 4D and 5D, and hybrid wispy sets. A volume new set takes about 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours. Bottom lash extensions are also offered.
Booking is possible online or by phone, but not by email or social media. A credit card is required to reserve, and cancellations or rescheduling need at least 6 business hours' notice, confirmed by phone, to avoid a $50 fee. No-shows are billed the full appointment amount, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Extensions applied at another salon must be removed before LASHLOVE will refill them. Technical problems caused by the salon are fixed free within 3 days of the service. Cash and major credit cards are accepted except American Express; gratuities are cash only, and a 20% gratuity is recommended.
Education comes first: the studio focuses on teaching clients proper eyelash extension application and aftercare, with the aim of enhancing each client's natural beauty.
