The extension menu runs from classic, angel and mascara-look sets, which place one synthetic lash on each natural lash, to volume sets, which layer several synthetic lashes onto each natural lash for a dense look. Classic-style sets can read as natural or dramatic depending on how many natural lashes a client has. Textured volume is a custom look built for each client and is listed as a studio specialty. Brown extensions come in shades from light to dark and red for a warmer, softer finish. Lashes are synthetic mink and synthetic silk, which the studio describes as cruelty free, and they are applied with LED/UV curing adhesive. The studio also offers a Korean lash lift, which uses a gentle nourishing formula to create a soft, adjustable curl from root to tip and is described as longer lasting with a focus on lash health. Brow lamination perms the brow hairs to give a fuller, more even look and help keep them in place.

New clients pay a deposit at booking, and all clients keep a credit card on file. New clients also complete the consent form sent in their confirmation email before the first visit, and clients must be 18 or older. Clients should arrive without makeup, avoid curling, perming or tinting lashes for 24 hours beforehand, and limit caffeine and gum during appointments. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows and late arrivals are charged the full service fee. Fills should be booked two to three weeks after a set and need at least half of the original set remaining; otherwise the visit is treated as a full set. Clients are asked to clean their lashes once or twice a day. Mascara worn over extensions is not allowed, and if it is, the lashes are removed and a full set is rebooked. The studio is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 6pm seasonally. Gift cards are available and booking is online through GlossGenius.
