The studio focuses on an intimate, personalized experience, with attention given to each client. Extension length ranges from short to long and is chosen together with the lash technician during the appointment. Extensions are individual synthetic, mink or silk lashes, attached one by one to each natural lash rather than to the skin.

A Classic Full Set applies one extension to each natural lash and typically uses 70 to 100 extensions, depending on the client's lashes. New clients can book a lower-priced Classic Full Set Special. Touch-ups are offered at set intervals, and the studio notes that extensions can last up to four weeks with proper care, with a touch-up after two to three weeks being common. Early and late VIP appointments are also available, requested by text.

The studio asks that lashes stay dry and out of steam for the first 48 hours, including spas, saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga and steamy kitchens. It also notes that extensions are a high-maintenance treatment that calls for gentle care and are not right for everyone.
