The studio says its aim is a personalized, relaxing visit designed for women. Appointments are booked through the website, and the menu runs from quick services such as lash clusters and brow waxing to longer extension sets that take up to two hours.

Clients can also buy lash care products to help extensions or a lift last, along with lash serum, growth enhancers, mascara and eyelash curlers.

The studio sets some clear rules. A fill generally needs at least half of the lashes still in place, and a fill booked after 21 days is charged as a full set. Express touch-ups must be booked within two weeks of the last appointment with at least 75% of extensions remaining. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are canceled and the deposit is not refunded. The studio is not responsible for lash issues arising after 72 hours, and clients are asked to follow aftercare instructions.
