Lash extensions are offered in classic, light volume, hybrid, wet set, anime, volume, freestyle and mega volume styles. Full sets and fills are priced by style, from $60 for a classic fill to $240 for a mega volume full set. Removal of existing extensions is $20. For lifts, the standard lash lift and tint is $100 and the Korean lash lift and tint is $120.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the appointment. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup or moisturizer. Full set appointments have a 10-minute grace period and fills a 5-minute grace period. Arriving more than 10 minutes late brings a $20 late fee or a request to reschedule. Changes need to be made at least 24 hours ahead through the email sent at booking. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit and are charged the full appointment price. The salon describes its policies as applying to every client.

The salon does not work over extensions applied by other lash artists and does not do foreign fills. Fills are not booked for clients whose lashes were not originally done by the artist; those clients are charged for a removal and a full set. No refunds are given.

Payment is accepted in cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and major credit cards, with tax added to card payments.

The salon also runs lash extension training. A classic course is $700, a volume course is $850, and a master course covering classic, hybrid and volume styles is $1,200. A refresher is $300 with a 3-hour minimum, or $100 per hour based on each client's needs.
