Lash services range from classic, mixed, wet set, volume and mega volume full sets to fills and weekly touch-ups, and a Korean lash lift with tint is also offered. Colored lashes can be added to any full set or fill for an extra $10. Full sets are listed from $150 for classic and from $230 for mega volume, and fills start at $65.

Brow services include waxing, trim and tweeze without wax, tinting, and lamination, along with combined packages that pair waxing with lamination and tint. Facial waxing covers the upper lip, chin and sideburns, and body waxing covers the underarms and half or full arms.

New clients are asked to message the business on Instagram before booking. The studio is closed on Monday and Tuesday, open Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, open Thursday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and open Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a cancellation or no-show. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows carry a flat $50 fee, and unpaid fees mean future bookings are cancelled and not accepted.

Fills need at least 40 percent of the existing lashes still in place or an extra charge applies, and weekly touch-ups need 80 to 90 percent remaining or they are not booked as a normal fill. Brow, lip, chin and sideburn waxing ask that clients not be using retinols, Accutane or related medications or products.

Work centers on lash extensions and brow shaping, with a patch test offered to check for allergy to lash extension glue before a booking.
