Clients who are new to extensions can book a patch test first. It applies 20 to 30 lashes, matched to natural length, to each eye, and the client waits about 24 to 48 hours to see whether lashes are a good fit before a full set is booked.

Appointments are booked online through the website, and changes can be made within 24 to 48 hours of the appointment through a link sent by text. Clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes early with a bare face and clean lashes. Fills should be booked within 2 to 3 weeks of the previous visit, and a longer gap is charged at full set price; a fill also needs at least 40% of the lashes still in place to be priced as a fill.

Payment is by exact cash or card. Each appointment has a 15-minute grace period, after which the visit is recorded as a no-show and half the service cost is charged before a new appointment is made. Late cancellations may be charged a $50 fee. Refunds are not given; a touch-up can be offered to correct the service, or the amount can go toward a gift card. A partial refund may be given for services when an allergic reaction has been diagnosed by a physician.
