The menu centres on lash extensions, which come in classic, Brazilian, hybrid, soft volume and volume styles, with options for a full set, a 1 week, 2 week or 3 week fill, and a bottom lash set. Lash lifts, with or without tint, and brow services (henna, henna with wax cleaning, and brow lamination) are also offered, along with upper lip waxing. Lash extension services can also be booked as a home visit for $200.

To book, a $25 deposit is required, and it is applied toward the total for the service. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice. A last-minute cancellation or same-day change means the deposit is lost, and an appointment not kept within the grace period is canceled and has to be rebooked.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and, if possible, without makeup, mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow or strip lash glue. During the service, it helps to avoid oils, caffeine and phone use. Fills are scheduled every 2 to 3 weeks. A fill price applies only if at least 40% of the extensions are still in place; if fewer than 40% remain, the visit is charged as a full set.

Only the client with an appointment may come inside, and children are not allowed in the salon. Clients who get cold easily are welcome to bring their own blanket or light throw.
