A visit begins with a consultation before each appointment, where the team helps choose a look based on eye shape, natural lashes and lifestyle. Lengths, thicknesses, colors and curl options are discussed, and extensions are customized to each client. A lash procedure typically takes 60 to 90 minutes on massage beds.

Nail services are also available, and the studio lists in-bed nail and massage services for clients who prefer to stay reclined during their appointment.

Gratuities are not included in service prices, and the customary gratuity for a studio service is 20%, with cash appreciated. Cancellations need at least 12 hours notice to avoid a 50% late cancellation or no-show fee. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, and service cannot be guaranteed if they are more than 15 minutes late. Prices may change without notice, so clients should confirm exact costs with their stylist.

Extensions are applied one strand at a time to natural lashes with professional adhesive, placed about 1mm above the lid so they do not touch the skin.
