Every client can start with a complimentary virtual consultation of about 10 minutes, held by Zoom, Google Meet, text or FaceTime. Fees apply if the call runs past 10 minutes. The studio describes its service as a custom experience, with careful technique aimed at protecting natural lashes.

Full sets come in Natural Classic, Mascara Classic, Dramatic Classic and Hybrid Amplification styles, made with individual synthetic mink micro strand extensions. Full sets take between 1 hour 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on style and volume. Touch-ups are recommended every 2 to 4 weeks, and a touch-up booked after 4 weeks is charged as a full set.

Extensions applied by the studio can be removed for $40, and an emergency touch-up is $45. A fee of $25 or more is added for removing clumpy lashes, charged in 15-minute blocks. New clients who already wear extensions from another studio can book an initial touch-up lasting 75 to 90 minutes for $115.

Custom lash work built around each client's natural lashes, with careful technique and attention to the products used.
