Extension options are LED classic, hybrid and volume, each available as a full set or a fill. Classic extensions are applied one to one for a natural, fuller look, with length and curl you can adjust. Hybrid combines classic and volume at roughly 60 to 40, a fit the studio suggests for fine or sparse natural lashes. Volume places several extensions on each natural lash for more fullness. Beyond extensions, the studio offers a Japanese keratin lash lift, with or without tint, which sets the curl and, with tint, darkens lashes for roughly six to eight weeks. Extension removal and eyebrow lamination with brow wax, which lifts and sets brow hairs, are also on the menu, with eyebrow tint available as an add-on.

Bookings are by appointment only, and text is the quickest way to reach the studio. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early with no makeup and very clean lashes, since late arrival or dirty lashes shorten the appointment without reducing the charge. A valid card is needed to book, and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged half the service fee, with no-shows charged in full. Fills need at least 40 percent of the extensions still in place; below that, a full set is required. Fills from another salon cost $20 more or require a full set, depending on condition, and some cases need removal first. Appointment lengths run about 1 hour 15 minutes for a classic full set, about 1 hour 30 minutes for hybrid, and about 1 hour 45 minutes for volume.

The studio fits each set to the client's eye shape and goals, and describes its technique as light-handed. For clients prone to irritation, it offers a milder glue and LED-based technique in place of standard glue.
