Classic extensions place one extension on each natural lash. Volume extensions apply several lightweight extensions to each natural lash for a fuller effect. Extensions come in many thicknesses, curls, lengths from 5mm to 17mm and a range of colors. Each application is customized to facial features, age, lifestyle and the health of the natural lashes, and touch-ups are recommended every two to four weeks.

The facial menu includes microdermabrasion, a non-invasive exfoliating treatment that the salon describes as aimed at diminishing signs of aging. Demaplaning is a rejuvenation treatment for smoother-feeling skin that also removes facial hair. For skin care, the oxygen infusion treatment combines hyperbaric oxygen with hyaluronic acid and is described as hydrating, lifting and firming, and as reducing the look of fine lines.

Because extensions attach to some natural lashes, they are not applied to clients with alopecia, clients undergoing chemotherapy, or clients with trichotillomania unless normal lash growth has resumed. The salon says it uses only top-quality tools and products, keeps up with continuing education and trend research, and will consider a style that is not listed on the site if a client asks.
