Lash extensions are the core of the studio. Full sets are applied with the Opal Free adhesive system, which the business describes as plant-based and acrylate-free, and cured with LED or UV light. New clients book a full set first, while fills, mini fills and removals are reserved for returning clients.

The Korean Lash Lift + Tint is a signature service, and the business calls itself a Korean lash lift specialist serving the Richmond area. The lift lasts 6 to 8 weeks.

Brow services include hard wax shaping with three options, standard brow tinting and a bolder Bronsun skin tint, and a semi-permanent brow lamination that lasts 6 to 8 weeks. A lash or brow conditioning treatment is available after lifts or lamination, and a hydrating HydroJelly add-on can follow waxing or brow work. Free lash and brow consultations of about 15 minutes each are offered before booking. Hours are Monday to Wednesday 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursday and Friday 9 AM to 3 PM, and closed on weekends. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice forfeits the 50% deposit, and less than 24 hours notice results in the full service cost being charged. Arriving 15 or more minutes late adds a $15 fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
