Appointments are secured with a 50% deposit. The deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee if an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, while changes made more than 48 hours ahead move the deposit to the new appointment. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period; beyond that, the service may be shortened, rescheduled or cancelled, and the full price of the original service is still due. Cancellations and reschedules must be made by text or phone during business hours and confirmed in writing, since email requests are not accepted.
