The salon is located in Suite G at 41758 12th St West in Palmdale. It is a small, private space run by esthetician Carisse Chan, and appointments are booked through GlossGenius, which sends reminders to the phone number and email on file.

Full sets of eyelash extensions are offered in classic, volume/hybrid and YY styles, each priced at $160. Appointments run about 165 minutes for classic, 180 minutes for volume/hybrid and 150 minutes for YY. Fills are available at 1, 2, 3 and 4 week intervals, starting at $35 for a 1 week fill and $95 for a 4 week fill. Fill pricing depends on how many extensions remain, and the salon requires at least 40% to still be in place. A classic 3 week fill may be charged as a new full set if less than that remains. After 28 days, clients book a new full set instead of a fill.

The Profusion lash lift starts at $95 and takes about 60 minutes. A tint is available as an option and is described as FDA compliant. A pop of color add-on, priced at $15 and offered for full sets or fills, comes in red, pink, blue, purple, brown, white and black, with colored tips. A patch test lasting about 10 minutes is also offered, with pricing that varies.

Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. No call/no shows are not allowed to rebook, and after several last-minute cancellations the salon may require payment in advance for future appointments. A $35 fee applies to appointments scheduled outside regular business hours.

Extension work is planned around fill timing, so the schedule depends on how many extensions remain in place.
