The menu centers on lash extensions in several styles, including Wet Set, Hybrid, Volume and Wispy Volume, with full sets, two and three week fills, and foreign fills for clients coming from another lash artist. Lash lifts and tints are also offered, along with colored lashes. Clients who have reacted to lash products before can book a consultation, where a glue test places a few lashes along the lash line so skin response can be checked over several days.
Facials range from a short mini facial sold as a lash add-on to longer options such as a classic facial, a CBD-infused facial, dermaplaning, nano-needling and a combined dermaplaning and nano-needling treatment with an LED mask. Every facial begins with a consultation, and clients are asked to disclose current and past medications and procedures. The studio notes that facials are not suitable for everyone and can interact with some medications, so questions are best raised with a doctor or the esthetician before booking.
Booking is done with a card on file. Clients are asked to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours ahead; shorter notice is charged half the service fee, and a no-show without notice is charged the full price. Refunds are not given once a service has been performed, so clients with concerns are asked to contact the studio promptly. Gift cards are sold in fixed amounts or a custom amount, and group gift cards let several people pool money for one recipient.
Each client's lash style is shaped to suit them, with a consultation offered before a first full set.
