Full sets and refills are priced separately, and each style lists an approximate appointment length, from about 1 hour 15 minutes for a classic or hybrid refill to about 2 hours for a full Mega Volume, Wispy Volume or Eclipse set.

Between full sets and refills, the studio lists weekly touch-ups for Eclipse, Hybrid, Volume and Mega Volume, which must be booked within 8 days of the last service. Refills are meant to be booked about 2 to 3 weeks apart. Clients need to still have at least 40% of their extensions at the time of service, or a fee may apply, and refills booked after 4 weeks may be charged as a full set depending on what remains. Standalone 4+ week refill options are listed for classic, hybrid and volume styles at slightly different prices.

Other services include a Korean lash lift, colored lashes (a half set, one layer, or full eye added to a regular set), lash removal, and a patch test for clients who want to check their reaction before a full treatment. The patch test uses 10 to 15 extensions on each eye and is listed at no charge. The business notes that a patch test can never fully rule out an allergy, and that it should be done 24 to 48 hours before the full appointment. Brow cleaning tidies the current brow shape in about 30 minutes.

Booking requires a deposit, which is applied to the total after the service. Cancellations and reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment are not refunded. Appointments outside regular hours carry an extra $60 charge per visit. Regular hours are Monday and Tuesday 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Thursday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with Sunday closed.

The studio also runs lash training and sells lash supplies, including glues, trays, fans, brushes, shampoo and aftercare kits. Gift cards are available.
