Appointments are booked through the studio's online scheduling page. A valid card must be placed on file before a booking is confirmed, and payment by cash, debit or credit card, or Apple Pay is due in full at the time of service. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time.

The studio's policies are firm. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice carry a fee of half the booked service, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows. A $30 fee applies to last-minute bookings outside regular availability, and a deposit can be moved once if the client reschedules with at least 24 hours' notice. Lash refills at 14 to 20 days are a two-week refill and at 21 to 30 days a three-week refill, and they need at least half the lashes still in place; otherwise a full set is required. Refills from other lash artists are not accepted unless a removal and full set are arranged and approved in advance with clear photos.

Hygiene is handled by sterilizing tools between every client and disinfecting the studio regularly under state hygiene rules. Clients with a cold sore, eye infection, open wounds or illness are asked to reschedule. Allergic reactions are described as rare, and a free removal may be offered within 48 hours. Touch-ups may be offered within two to three days if major shedding occurs, based on availability, and do not replace a regular refill.

The studio also teaches. A Beginner Lash Training course is offered through its education page for $850. An online shop sells lash trays, liquids, tweezers, accessories and adhesive and bonding supplies, which the studio says are intended for trained professionals only.

The studio says its products are designed around clean design and honest materials, and it describes its Obsidian Retention System as built for strong retention and seamless bonding.
