Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid, volume, wispy and color styles. Full sets are priced from $169 to $209. Fills are offered in 60, 75 and 90 minute lengths, with the shorter visits suited to most 2-week and 3-week fills and the longest for more lash loss. A fill needs at least 40% of extensions remaining on each eye, otherwise a full set is charged. Clients who had lashes done elsewhere need a consultation before a fill. A consultation and a patch test for adhesive reaction are both free, though the patch test cannot guarantee that no reaction will occur.

Brow and natural lash services include brow waxing, brow tinting, brow lamination and a brow makeover that combines lamination, a custom tint and waxing, with results typically lasting 4 to 6 weeks with aftercare. Lash lifts, lash tints and a lash lift and tint package are also offered, with results typically lasting 6 to 8 weeks depending on natural lash growth. The Works, at $160, combines a lash lift, brow mapping, lamination, tint and wax.

Lash extensions carry a 3-day guarantee. Excessive lash loss must be reported, and a correction appointment must be booked within 5 days of the original visit. Clients who arrive 20 minutes or more late are not accepted and must pay a last-minute cancellation fee. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 72 hours ahead carries a $50 fee, and a second late cancellation is charged the full appointment amount. No refunds are issued for services rendered. Appointments can occasionally run over the scheduled time. Cards, cash, Venmo and Tap to Pay are accepted, but checks are not.

The studio also offers one-on-one lash training, mentorship and coaching for lash artists, focused on application technique, retention, natural lash health, safety and sanitation, and building a lash business. Training is priced at $900, with a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure the date and $700 due on the day of training. Scheduling is flexible.

Lashes and Lashes focuses on proper application, lash health and retention, and uses professional lash products and techniques meant to protect natural lashes.
