Booking requires a nonrefundable $30 deposit, paid through Cash App. Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $15 late fee, and a cancellation fee applies once 15 minutes have passed since the appointment time. Same Day or Squeeze In visits must be booked within 24 hours of the appointment and need at least one to two hours' notice.
Services are grouped into Fills, Full Sets and Perks. Fills run from 1 week to 3 week intervals, and the business sets the fill option based on how much of the existing set remains. The business does not work over other technicians' lashes, so clients with previous extensions must start with a Lash Bath & Removal before a new set. A free 30-minute consultation covers the desired look and includes a patch test for allergies; it must be booked at least 24 hours before the first appointment.
Fill options depend on how much of the current set is left: a 3 week fill is offered when more than 40 percent remains, and otherwise removal and a full set are recommended. Clients with lashes from another technician have them removed first.
