Eyelash extensions are the core of the studio. Each synthetic extension is applied to one natural lash, and the style can be Classic, Hybrid, Volume or Mega Volume. Reta recommends the style from the client's natural lash health, facial features and the look they want. A Full Set takes two to three hours and is generally recommended for first-time clients or anyone with less than 30% natural lash coverage. Fills are booked every two to three weeks for clients who keep at least half of their natural lashes, and a Touch Up is a shorter fix for small gaps between fills. Lash extensions applied elsewhere can be taken over with a New Client Fill, though a removal and new full set may be suggested if the existing work is not compatible. Removal takes about 30 minutes, and it is free if it is needed because of a reaction to extensions the studio applied.

The studio also offers Elleebana lash lifts and Belmacil lash and brow tints, along with semi-permanent eyebrow tinting and full body waxing with hard, strip-less wax. New clients get a free 30-minute consultation, and extension clients can have a free 15-minute patch test with five short lashes applied to each eye. A waiver must be signed before the first lash appointment, and a complimentary aftercare kit comes with the first visit. Cash is preferred, though major credit and debit cards are accepted, and a card on file is required to hold every booking.

Reta builds each lash plan around the client's natural lash health, facial features and desired look, with a focus on keeping the natural lashes in good condition. The studio takes extra care with clients who are new to lashes or have had a difficult lash experience before.
