Lashed by LJ began with the aim of giving clients superior service and personal attention. The owner aims to keep prices affordable and competitive in South Florida, and the business says it aims to be the most competitive on price in the region.

Guests and children are not allowed at appointments. Clients are asked to arrive with lashes clean and free of mascara or oily products around the eye area. Refills should be booked two to three weeks after the initial full set; otherwise a full set is charged. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am to 6 pm, Thursday and Friday from 10 am to 7 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. The studio is closed on Sunday and Monday.

A card on file is charged for no-shows and for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. An appointment is cancelled if the client has not arrived 10 minutes after its start time. Payment is accepted by Zelle, CashApp, cash, or credit card, with a 5% fee on credit card payments. The studio will not service lash applications done at another salon; those must be removed and a new set booked.

Gift cards are sold online in amounts of $50, $100, $150, $200, or a custom value. They can be sent to one recipient, several recipients, or pooled as a group gift from several contributors, and balances can be checked online.
