Visits are by appointment only at the studio on Troost Avenue, or in the client's home through the mobile service. Each appointment is scheduled with generous time and is reserved for one client, so the visit is not shared with another booking. Every set is mapped to the shape and features of the client's eyes, and the studio says it uses isolation and extensions chosen for the weight of each client's natural lashes. It says extensions do not damage natural lashes when they are applied correctly.

The set menu runs from a classic set, which places one extension on each natural lash, through hybrid sets that blend classic and volume methods, to volume sets built from fans of ultra-fine extensions and mega volume sets built from denser fans.
