The main offering is eyelash extensions in three styles. Volume sets apply fans of 2D to 10D lashes to single natural lashes, using finer extensions, and Erin handmakes the fans herself. Hybrid sets combine both methods. Classic sets take about 1.5 to 2 hours, hybrid sets up to 2 hours, and full sets about 2 to 3 hours depending on the set chosen. Fills run about 45 to 60 minutes for classic, about 60 minutes for hybrid, and about 60 to 70 minutes for volume.

Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks. A fill needs at least 40% of the lashes still attached, and a fill booked more than 4 weeks after the last service is treated as a new full set. Extensions applied at another salon must be removed before a new full set is done. New clients booking a full set pay a $30 holding deposit that goes toward the service, and the deposit is not refunded for a no-show or for a cancellation made less than 24 hours ahead. Clients arriving more than 15 to 20 minutes late are asked to text or call ahead, and late clients may be turned away.

Removal uses a gel remover left on for about 10 minutes, after which the extensions are wiped away with no pulling or cutting. Aftercare guidance asks clients to keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours, arrive without mascara or eyeshadow, avoid mascara, lash strips and oil-based eyeliner, and cleanse lashes at least four times a week (daily when wearing makeup). Oil-based products, baby shampoo and oil-based cleansers should be kept off extensions. Prolong Lash Cleanser is sold in the salon, and Erin dilutes and bottles it herself; she says she used it daily for a month before recommending it. A lash lift is also offered for $90, with results the business says last up to 6 to 8 weeks.
