Fill timing depends on how many natural lashes remain. Fills are booked within two weeks of the last appointment with at least 30% of lashes left, extended fills within three weeks under the same threshold, and mini fills within 10 days with at least 70% left. Clients who can count their remaining lashes are directed to a full set instead.
Brow lamination and a custom facial are offered alongside the lash work, and the facials and skin consultations use Comfort Zone and Skin Script products. Skin consultations can be done by text, phone or video chat. The portfolio shows natural hybrid, natural volume, dramatic volume, dramatic hybrid, lash lift and colored hybrid work.
