Online scheduling is not currently available. To book, clients contact the business directly and show a picture ID at booking. A $17 deposit is required, and $15 of it is applied to the service and is non-refundable. If the business cancels, the deposit goes back to the original form of payment. The remaining balance is paid in cash on the day.

Appointments are kept unhurried, so clients should not schedule another event on the same day. Before a visit, clients should arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and should not wear contact lenses. Phones should be put away during service, and extra guests are welcome only if they are also getting a service.

Late arrivals are not given a grace period. Clients who neither cancel nor show up cannot book again. Any issue needs to be reported within 72 hours of the appointment; the business is not responsible for complications reported after that. Booking means the client has agreed to these terms.
