Full lash sets are customized and include a lash bath, styling, and aftercare guidance. A 2 week fill costs $40 and replaces extensions that have grown out, and a 3 week fill costs $45.

Monthly Vogue is a $100 monthly membership with no contract, and it can be paused or cancelled at any time. Members get unlimited decals in color, sparkles, and crystals, and can choose any lash style, including Anime, Classic, Volume, Mega volume, and Wet set. Perks include free lash removals, a free fill, complimentary aftercare, a birthday set, and priority booking. The Lash Society Membership offers special pricing, priority booking, and monthly lash perks.

Lash training is offered in Houston in three formats: a 1 day beginner course for $300, a 3 day course for $550, and a 1 week course for $800, each with a $150 deposit. The beginner focus is classic and volume application. Topics include lash extension history and types, health and safety, application theory, tools and products, hands-on practice, client consultation and aftercare, and business basics. A beginner kit is included, and students receive a certificate of completion once the hands-on requirements are met. The business describes its training experience as luxury. Students must be 18 or older, may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice, and cannot bring children, friends, or guests. Training deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit. Availability is posted monthly on the first Saturday via Instagram stories, and confirmations and a reminder with the address are sent by email, 24 hours ahead. Appointments have a 5 minute grace period, after which a late fee applies and the appointment is cancelled after 10 minutes. Changes need 48 hours' notice, same-day changes forfeit the deposit, and no-shows are charged 50% of the service and cannot rebook. Clients should list all allergies before arriving, avoid makeup and caffeine beforehand, and skip low ponytails, buns, and tight clothing. Guests are not allowed, and phones and electronics are not allowed during services. Fall-out is covered by a 2 day warranty, and after that a visit counts as a fill. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and debit or credit card, and processing fees may apply.
