Pro Lash N Brow focuses on eyelash and eyebrow services. Its menu covers eyelash extensions in classic, hybrid, wet look, volume and anime styles, along with lash lifts, brow tattoo work, lip blushing, brow waxing, tinting and lamination, and facials.

Clients can book a personalized consultation before a first appointment. The studio uses that conversation to match each client with a stylist who suits the look they want and how they wear their makeup day to day. Custom lash designs are priced by lash volume, and clients can text photos of their lashes for an estimate before booking.

The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Sunday from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and they hold the appointment time. Reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to keep the deposit. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service fee. A 10-minute grace period applies, and later arrivals may receive a shortened service or have the appointment cancelled. The salon reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

The loyalty program offers $10 off a first full set on the first visit, $5 off for each referral, and $5 off every fifth visit.
