Before a first booking, clients get a free consultation. This is a call of about 10 minutes with Cegenia Park, who personally handles it. Clients who have not visited before can also book a patch test, a 15-minute appointment starting at $25 with a $20 deposit for new clients, before committing to a service.

Fills depend on how much of the natural lash line still carries extensions. Two-week fills need about 50% of natural lashes to still have extensions after grown-out lashes are removed, and three-week fills need about 30-40%. New clients who already wear extensions from another artist can book a foreign lash fill, which must fall within two weeks of their last service and needs roughly 40-50% of extensions still in place. That service starts at $130 and requires a $65 deposit.

Brow services include a tweeze and trim for $15, offered as an option to waxing, a wax and trim starting at $25, and a wax, trim and tint for $50. Brow lamination with tint starts at $125. Nose and lip waxing can be added to any appointment for $15 and $20.

The Korean lash lift lifts natural lashes from base to tip using products from South Korea and a gentler solution. It includes a complimentary tint, keratin and ampoule treatment and starts at $160. Lash extension removal is done with gel and starts at $40. It takes about 20 minutes, and removal time beyond 15 minutes is charged at $1 per minute.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead through a personal Gloss Genius login, since email cancellations are not accepted, and late cancellations are charged 100% of the service. The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM, and is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
