Extensions are offered as a personalized custom lash set, which takes about two hours, and as fills. A Mini Fill is a shorter touch-up for clients returning within 7 days of their last appointment. A 2 to 3 week refill replaces extensions lost as natural lashes shed, keeping the length and style of the existing set. A fill requires at least 50% lash retention; otherwise the visit is charged as a full set.

Lash lifts use a Korean lash lift technique and are described as lasting 6 to 8 weeks. Lash removal takes about 30 minutes.

Clients should arrive with lashes that are clean and free of makeup, mascara and oil. For the first 24 hours after a service, they should keep lashes away from water, and for 48 hours they should skip heavy humidity, including saunas and steam rooms. Oil-based products, excess moisture, and rubbing or picking at the lashes are not recommended.

Booking policies: changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules inside 24 hours incur a fee of 50% of the booked service. A 10-minute grace period applies; after that the appointment is canceled and a $35 cancellation or no-show fee may be charged to the card on file. Late arrivals may receive a shortened service.
