A Volume set runs about 2 hours, with a Volume refill at about 1 hour 40 minutes. For clients who only need a light top-up, the Mini Fill is the shortest option at 40 minutes.

Bookings are paid by deposit, and those deposits are non-refundable. For refill appointments, if the fill takes longer than the time booked, the visit is recorded as a full set. The studio is open Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Friday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. It is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
