Booking policies require 24 hours' notice for changes or cancellations. Changes or cancellations made with less notice incur a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. A 3.5% surcharge applies to credit card payments. Gift cards are sold through the website, and the site accepts resume submissions for stylist and team openings.

The salon works with a clean, modern setting and a focus on professional color and hair care, using Oribe products that the business says are formulated without parabens or sodium chloride.
