Its menu is split into three groups: lash sets, fills, and hair removal through waxing.

The lash sets range from a lighter volume look to fuller styles. Light volume is fuller than natural but still sits on the natural side, with lengths of 12mm to 16mm. Baddie (volume) uses open fans for a dark, fluffy finish, with lengths of 15mm to 19mm. Mega baby is a full-coverage set built from cashmere open fans, with lengths of 17mm to 21mm. Other lengths can be requested for these sets. Freestyle lets the stylist choose the design, so clients who want a particular set should book that set instead. Freestyle sets are non-refundable. A bottom lash set is a standalone service for the lower lashes only, not an add-on to a top set. Lash removal is also offered.

Fills are for clients who already have a set and are returning for maintenance. A mini fill is offered three days to one week after a previous set and needs roughly 70 to 90 percent of the extensions still in place; if fewer remain, the full fill price applies. A 2 week fill needs roughly 40 to 60 percent of the extensions still in place, and if fewer remain the full set is charged. When the stylist is booked on the day a 2 week fill is due, that appointment has to be moved. A 3 week fill is a longer appointment at two hours.

Waxing covers brows, upper lip, chin, underarms, back, and Brazilian. Appointments run from 15 minutes for upper lip to 1 hour 20 minutes for Brazilian, which includes a butt strip.
