Every lash extension appointment starts with a complimentary consultation, and the team does not count lashes during full sets or fills. Staff may politely decline requests that could harm natural lashes, and the company states that properly applied extensions do not damage natural lashes. For lash extensions, full sets suit clients who are not currently wearing extensions or who have kept less than half of a previous set. Fills are maintenance visits recommended every two to three weeks, and when a client does not qualify for a standard fill, an Extended Fill Upgrade is recommended instead. A Lash Bath cleanses away makeup, oils and debris beforehand, with or without lash cleanser. Extensions use synthetic lashes attached to natural lashes with medical-grade adhesive, and LED lash extensions are offered at no added cost. Lash lifts curl natural lashes from the root with three curl types to choose from, and the salon says its keratin add-on extends the curl up to 12 weeks. Clients are asked to keep mascara and water off their lashes for 24 hours after a lift, and to avoid waterproof mascara and eyelash curlers for at least 72 hours before. Brow lamination uses a keratin-based formula that always includes brow shaping, and every guest completes a consent form before a lift or lamination.

Booking terms are set out clearly. A card is held on file and charged only after the appointment. Changes or cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free, while later changes are charged 50 percent of the booked services and no-shows are charged the full service price. Lash extension visits more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled or cancelled with fees, and lift, lamination and Highbrow visits need the full allotted time. Deposits are required when a specific technician is requested and are non-refundable. Payment can be made by cash, card, the mobile app or phone. Aftercare products including lash serum are sold online, along with gift cards. Some locations will not perform fills on extensions applied elsewhere, so it is worth calling ahead.
