Lash services include eyelash baths and removals, full sets in classic, hybrid, and volume styles, and fill-ins for clients returning on a two or three week schedule. Fill-ins require a minimum share of the original full set, and the business notes that the price is adjusted if less remains.

Permanent makeup covers combination and microshaded brows, lip blush, faux freckles, faux beauty marks, and retouch appointments for existing work.

Booking involves a required deposit, which is applied to the final total and is non-refundable. Deposits transfer to one appointment and must be rescheduled within a week. A consent form is completed at booking, and appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Final payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Additional guests, including babies, are not permitted, and clients are asked to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face unless booking a facial.

Treatments are adjusted where it matters: customized facials are set after a skin analysis at consultation, and lash cleansing and removal are done by the lash tech, who advises clients not to remove extensions at home.
