Signature brow work starts with a styling consultation that settles the shape of each client's brows, followed by waxing, tweezing and trimming, with aftercare instructions included. Tinting can be booked alone or with styling, and the tinted styling service keeps its color for about two weeks. Brow lamination combined with waxing and tinting is also available, and a brow mask made with collagen, hyaluronic acid and vitamin B3 can be added.

Beyond brows, the menu includes face waxing for the lip, chin, neck, jawline and sides of the face, a full facial wax, underarm waxing, henna tattoos, eyelash lifts with tint, and microblading with a color boost after one year. Portfolio examples include waxed brows, lamination, tweezing, lash extensions, soft glam makeup and microbladed brows.

Bookings are made online through GlossGenius. The business is open Wednesday from 11 AM to 5 PM, Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM, and it is closed Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. A 40% fee applies to no-shows and cancellations, so clients who cannot attend are asked to call as soon as possible to reschedule. New lash clients pay a $50 deposit, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and cannot be refunded.

HighBrow also teaches. The HB Experience brow waxing course is for licensed professionals and cosmetology students and ends with certification, while non-licensed attendees may learn tweezing. An advanced version adds tinting and brow lamination, and a mentorship program is offered as well.

Each brow service is shaped around the client's own brows, with the shape decided in a consultation before any waxing or tweezing begins.
