Lash Wonderland is an eyelash extension studio at 751 Sterling Pl in Brooklyn. Each lash is applied individually. The studio says its technicians have many years of experience in New York City and that it uses what it describes as the finest products in the industry.
Before a first visit, clients can book a free phone consultation. At the appointment, a lash expert goes over lash types, curls, thicknesses, lengths and designs, and customizes the set before the service begins. Lash appointments usually run about an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the service. Existing extensions from another salon must be removed before a first full set at the studio, and refills are not done on lash work from other salons.
Beyond lashes, the menu covers keratin lifts with or without tinting, brow lamination and tint, brow waxing and lip waxing, and brow services including microblading in two sessions and semi-permanent ombre powder brows. The facial menu includes a classic facial suited to all skin types, several 90-minute treatments such as acne, anti-aging, aqua, oxygen, LED light and gold or chocolate-based therapies, and a 120-minute customized facial built from techniques the specialist chooses.
Booking is handled online, by phone, or by text, not by email or social media. A $20 nonrefundable deposit is required for each reservation. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice by phone, or a $20 cancellation fee applies, and a no-show is charged $50. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. All services are nonrefundable and sales are final. The studio offers a free fix if a client reports a concern about results within 3 days. Payment is by cash or major credit card except American Express, and gratuities are accepted in cash, with 20% suggested.
Each client meets a lash expert who tailors the set to their eyes before work begins, and lashes are applied one at a time.
