Clients who already have extensions book refills, which are timed around the natural lash cycle. Fill-ins are scheduled every two weeks and need 40% to 50% of extensions to remain on each eye after outgrown lashes are removed. Refills are limited to four before a full set is required, and a set kept four weeks or longer needs a full set and removal. The studio recommends a full set with removal after three refills. For clients who want curl without extensions or falsies, a lash lift is available, with or without tint.

Before an appointment, clients are asked to arrive with a freshly washed face and no makeup, moisturizer, oil, sunscreen, mascara or eyeliner, and with contacts removed. Caffeine and phone use during the visit are discouraged, and guests, including children, are not permitted.

Booking requires a non-refundable $25 deposit, which is deducted from the total service cost. Balances can be paid in exact cash, or through Cash App, Zelle or Apple Pay. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period, after which a $10 late fee applies, and appointments are canceled after 15 minutes of lateness with 50% of the service fee charged. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead keep the deposit for reuse. Same-day changes are charged 50% of the remaining fee, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full remaining fee. Squeeze-in appointments outside regular availability carry a $30 fee. Lash emergencies with excessive shedding can be reported and scheduled within 48 hours for a free fix. No refunds are given on any service.
