Lash Revival is based in Medway and offers a wide range of services under one roof. Lashes and brows are the core, with facials, injectables and IV services, waxing and spray tanning alongside them.

The lash menu covers full sets in four styles: Classic, which uses one extension per natural lash; Hybrid, which combines single extensions with lash fans; Volume, which places fans on each natural lash; and Mega Volume. Full sets run from 75 to 120 minutes. Between sets, clients can book a mini fill, a 30-minute weekly option starting at $50, or a standard fill in Classic, Hybrid or Volume. Clients who already wear extensions from another salon can book a transfer fill, where the old lashes are removed and replaced. Temporary lashes are available as a three-to-five day option or for events only. Lash lifts, lift and tint combinations, a Korean lash lift, tints and removal are also offered. Before-and-after photos of lash sets, lifts and hydrafacial work are shared on the business's portfolio.

The facial menu ranges from a teen facial and a shorter basic custom facial to a 75-minute Signature Facial, customized to the skin with extractions and a hydrating mask. The Tropical Oasis Facial includes a coconut papaya enzyme mask, massage and an ice globe treatment, and the Deluxe Facial is a 90-minute visit with physical and chemical exfoliation and a cooling mask. Dermaplaning, hydrafacials, chemical peels and The Perfect Peel are also available. An Acne Boot Camp is a three-month program that begins with a first appointment including facial treatments and a product and treatment plan, followed by later treatments.

Injectables and IV services include neurotoxin consultations and appointments with Botox, Dysport or Jeuveau, offered to address fine lines and wrinkles. Dermal fillers are offered for lips, cheeks, chin, mid face and temples. Facial balancing is a non-surgical full-face plan using fillers and neurotoxins. Other options include microneedling, Sculptra, Radiesse, filler dissolving, B12 and NAD+ injections, and IV infusions. Waxing covers the lip through the full leg and Brazilian bikini, and spray tanning is also available.
